Our Dong Ding Oolong (translated as Frozen Peak Oolong) is a traditional Taiwanese medium-roast oolong. It has a 40% oxidisation level, then artfully roasted over charcoal by our tea maker to develop and deepen its nutty and caramel notes. The resulting brew is a full-bodied tea, rich in flavour with lingering sweetness.
