SHIPPING & RETURNS


COURIER DELIVERY FOR BAKERY

  • For orders inclusive of baked goods and cold brew tea, your order is delivered by courier due to its fragile nature, at SGD$15.
    SGD$25 for CBD, Changi, Tuas and Sentosa addresses.

  • Delivery timings are 7pm - 10pm on weekdays, and 10am - 6pm or 7pm - 10pm on weekends. Your order will be delivered within the timeslot that you’ve chosen upon placing the order.
    Once order is made, there is a strict no cancellation or change policy. Any changes to delivery date should be made 5 working days prior to the delivery date and subject to confirmation.

  • We seek your kind understanding for delivery delays due to unexpected situations, traffic or weather conditions up to 1 hour outside the delivery window.

  • Due to the perishable conditions of our baked goods, we will not leave our products outside of a house unattended due to contamination concerns. Should you inform the delivery person to leave the order outside, Teaspoon of Love will not be liable or responsible for missing items or change in quality during the time that it is left outside.

  • If, for any reason, that the orders are not received, we will arrange for a redelivery within 1 working day, with a charge of SGD$20.00 per additional delivery attempt per address, subjected to delivery availability.

  • In circumstances where customers do not respond to our emails regarding redelivery arrangements (if any) within 3 days, we will conclude the order and dispose unclaimed products.

  • We will not be liable or responsible for late/failed deliveries due to incorrect recipient/delivery information provided. All customers are required to take full responsibility for the recipient/delivery information provided to Teaspoon of Love and we strongly encourage you to verify your orders before checking out.

PARCEL DELIVERY FOR TEA & TEAWARES, WELLNESS

Local Shipping:

Free shipping on all orders from Tea, Teaware, Wellness sections, when you select parcel delivery. This will not be applicable if your order includes any items that require delivery by courier.

Orders placed are shipped within 3-5 days upon order. While we will make every effort to pack and ship your package quickly, there may be unforeseen delays during shipping that we do not have control of. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is packaged and with our delivery partners.

  • Delivery time frame: 1-3 working days delivery. Delivery is made within 9am - 10pm.

  • Additional charges for delivery to Sentosa.

  • All services are not available for restricted areas e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.

International Shipping: 
If you are outside Singapore and are having trouble completing your order, please contact us at hello@tspoflove.com.

Please note that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination.
Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

RETURNING TEA
We are available via email to answer any questions you have regarding our tea.
However, once purchased we do not offer returns or refunds for tea.

RETURNING BAKED GOODS
Once purchased, we do not offer returns or refunds for our baked goods. If you have keyed in a wrong delivery date, you may change the date or exchange for store credit.

RETURNING TEAWARE & LIFESTYLE GOODS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of delivery confirmation, please contact us at hello@tspoflove.com for a return authorization.

We will allow returns on a case-by-case basis. We cannot accommodate products which have been opened, altered or damage. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment for the purchase price (minus shipping) once we receive the returned merchandise. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items returned without a return authorization and/or after our 7 day grace period will not be accepted.

Please note that we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of merchandise damaged or lost in transit. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
