ORDERING
Orders may be placed on our website, or through email. Unless otherwise stated, our teas are packed in kraft pouches, labeled with the tea's description and a brewing guide.

SHIPPING
We try to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. Orders placed are usually shipped the next business day (Mondays to Fridays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Singapore Local shipping via Normal Mail or Singapore Post Smartpac (approximately 2-3 days). Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we will make every effort to pack and ship your package quickly, there may be unforeseen delays during shipping that we do not have control of.

Singapore Doorstep Courier: $10 flat rate
Please note that courier orders placed will reach you the next day, provided orders come in before 5pm.

International: We offer a $12 international flat rate for orders to countries outside of Singapore. If you are outside Singapore and are having trouble completing your order, please contact us at hello@tspoflove.com.

Please note that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNING TEA
We are available via email to answer any questions you have regarding our tea. However, once purchased we do not offer returns or refunds for tea.

RETURNING CONFECTIONS
Once purchased, we do not offer returns or refunds for our confections.

RETURNING TEAWARE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of delivery confirmation, please contact us at hello@tspoflove.com for a return authorization.

We will allow returns on a case-by-case basis. We cannot accommodate products which have been altered or damage. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment for the purchase price (minus shipping) once we receive the returned merchandise. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items returned without a return authorization and/or after our 7 day grace period will not be accepted.

Please note that we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of merchandise damaged or lost in transit. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
