REFUND & EXCHANGES
For all baked goods, there are no refunds or exchanges as we are dealing with perishable goods. If you have any concerns with the products received from us, please contact us via e-mail at the time that you receive them with relevant details and photos. We will review on a case-by-case basis and consider giving store credit, replacement of product or full/partial refund of amount equivalent and not more than the product price. Please note that we are not liable for any defects or damages arising after receipt of our baked goods. Please check condition and quantity of orders thoroughly upon receipt, as there are no refunds or amendments made after signing the collection slip.
For lifestyle shop items, if something not quite right, don't worry! You have 14 days to return your item to us for an exchange.
To begin the process, please kindly contact us or email email@example.com with your Order Details. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to contact us and mail your exchange item back to us.
The item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with the tag attached (if applicable). If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase.
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you.
Please note that we are unable to refund the return costs of shipping the item.
