Jin Xuan (Milk Oolong) Tea

Jin Xuan (Milk Oolong) Tea

Cultivated in the 1980s, the Milk Oolong, also known as Jin Xuan Oolong is named for its luscious and milky notes in the brew. Its golden liquor, buttery mouthfeel and overwhelming notes of cream creates a sense of comfort, like a hug in a teacup.

Proper brewing techniques will bring out the Jin Xuan Oolong's milky flavour. Low temperatures produce cream tasting notes while higher temperatures bring out more floral aromas.
