The Art of Tea Appreciation – Paired with Confections


Come experience and learn the basics of tea appreciation with us. Tea brewing and tasting is an art, and can become a beautiful, mindful activity that allows you to slow down and appreciate the little things. 

The 60-minute session will begin with a refreshing cold brew tea or chilled Kombucha (fermented probiotic-rich tea). After which, we will begin to brew tea using traditional teaware, showing you the steps to proper tea brewing and sharing with you the way to appreciate fine tea.

You’ll get to taste 4 different, pure single origin teas that we have sourced and curated from China, Taiwan and Sri Lanka.  We will share more about each tea as we brew— its origin, processing and taste profile. There will be flavours from floral, vegetal, grassy, nutty, fruity to experience and appreciate. We will also be providing some handmade confections or cheese pairings with the teas.

This experience is perfect for beginners and tea-lovers, enjoyed in a casual, intimate setting.

  • Please take note that tea contains caffeine. 

  • Please do not attend tea workshop on an empty stomach, do have some light lunch or snacks prior. Avoid spicy or heavy foods that could interfere and alter your taste sensors prior to the workshop. 

  • We will serve light confections to pair with tea, menu will be subjected the changes.

  • If you have any allergies or food sensitivities, please let us know in advance. 

  • Please note that we will require a minimum of 4 pax to start. If we do not meet the required number, you will be refunded.
