This sleek and chic framed purse is made of natural plant fibers handwoven with a backstrap loom by tribeswomen in the Southern island of the Philippines. The pattern is created by tying knots on the fibers in a resist dye method common in South East Asia. The wicker frame is woven with rattan poles.
